General Terms
All services provided by The Dive Ao Nang are subject to availability, sea and weather conditions, and minimum participant requirements. By booking with us, you agree to follow all safety regulations and instructions provided by our professional dive team. All participants are required to complete necessary medical questionnaires and liability waivers before any diving activities.
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The exact deposit amount will be advised at the time of booking (usually 20–50% depending on the program or course). Full payment must be settled on or before the date of your scheduled activity.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed and deposit received, the agreed price will be honored.
Changes To Booking
Changes to booking dates must be requested at least 7 days before the original activity date and are subject to availability. Requests to change within 7 days may incur an administration fee or be treated as a cancellation.
Participant Requirments
Certified divers must present proof of certification before participating in any diving activities. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to dive. If unsure, we strongly recommend consulting a physician before booking. Consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs before diving is strictly prohibited.

We highly recommend that all guests hold comprehensive travel and dive insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, and trip cancellation or interruption.
